What is St. Leonard's House?
 
St. Leonard's House of Windsor is a non profit community based agency dedicated to the integration of male offenders into the community as law abiding citizens in order to reduce the re-occurence of crime.
 
What does the House consist of?
 
Located in the heart of downtown Windsor, St. Leonard's House provides accomodations for twenty eight occupants. The main bedroom level contains ten rooms with double occupancy and one single room which can be used for Unescorted temporary absences (UTA's) from the institution or assigned at staff's discretion. On the upper level of the home there is an independent living area reserved for lifers. This unit contains four single rooms with a shared kitchen and living space. In addition, there is now a bedroom on the lower level which can accomodate three occupants.
 
The House is located within walking distance of the riverfront, banking, shopping, medical care, restaurants, government offices and the bus station.
